KingLeo LLC, DBA Drew Chaz, maintains the following refund policy for all products and services sold through drewchaz.com. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated on a specific product sales page.
All digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, and educational content are delivered digitally and cannot be returned. Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.
For coaching and consulting services, no refunds will be issued once a session has been scheduled or materials have been delivered. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be forfeited.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, course materials, or downloads, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Technical difficulties do not qualify as grounds for a refund but we are committed to ensuring you can access what you purchased.
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase at [email protected]. We will review the situation and if verified, issue a refund for the duplicate charge only.
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and no later than 7 days from the date of the transaction. We will review the situation and work with our payment processors to resolve verified unauthorized charges.
